We will run this through a lot of tests using 1000 FPS Cameras for latency, Force Gauge meter to understand the button actuation pressure and glide force across a mousepad along with many more tests. These tests are all compared via charts also against other mice to see which is the best performing mice on the market.

The Hati is under the 🔍 atm and hope to get the review out in the next week. I will do some more comparisons and the viper wired vs wireless will be soon as it will be interesting to see the differences if any. I would if I had the time do comparisons on all mice against each other, maybe one day I can if I don't have to work and could do YT FT. @@Beardedbob The Shape of both is different, but in case of the debounce time or of the click latency. Im interested in which mice is "faster". The XM1 or the G Wolves Hati. Because i think i got sometimes problem with the clicks of my g wolves. I got sometimes the feeling that my xm1 is faster but i cant proove it.

This is my favorite mouse now. I did not hesitate to open and mod it because it is relatively cheap. I would appreciate if you make a mod vid. It can be a really solid mouse I believe. Creaky left button is my issue. Also I want to remove side buttons but they are soldered.

That is what the scroll wheel on mine did, very strange feeling when you go make a quick flick and can feel the scroll wheel knock when you come to a stop. Easy return, honestly if it wasn't for the terrible QC it would be a top tier mouse for claw and fingertip.

They might have resolved the scroll wobble if not I might try in the teardown.

The qc issues plague the early batches, apparently those are fixed in the newer ones. Here in Norway, I'm still waiting for the white version. Stocks are limited and the white versions are pretty solid I think as they're later batches. A CM rep told me that the white versions/late batch availability would be good starting next year.

my MM710 is the 2nd version, revisioned. Is very solid now. 0 rattle. Only a few woble in m1/m2

Scroll is incredibly easy to fix, you just stick something between scroll wall and the scroll button switch and it's ultra solid.

Cooler Master set the "button respond time" to 12ms by default, and it can be lower to 4ms in the driver (shown in 14:00). I don't know what they were thinking, and I guess this could be the reason that MM710's got a larger switch latency?

Yes you can adjust it in their software. I tested this on 7ms which is the default setting. With the lowest being 4ms a margins of 3ms difference will be hard to see in the results if it does make a difference. I've tested all mice on their default settings with a view to test if altering this can make a difference visible difference to the times down the road.

if you use your pinky to grip your mouse, do not get a mouse with honeycomb on the side it will be painful and uncomfortable until you get used to it or you don't

True but its down to everyone preference. I don't personally mice the holes they provide me with more grip but as you say others might not get along with it.

Great review love all the test. I can’t believe cooler master sent you a non glossy version aka fixed version. The rattle sound like shit wow! That employee should be fired! That contact is sending the crap Matt version, that is not the fixed version. The 3(Xmas gift) glossy mice 2 from Best Buy one from Walmart all perfect no wobble no rattle.

I got this mouse with mouse grip to the sides to cover the holes (my thumb rests on the holes) and some tiger skates to replace the stock glides, best mouse I've owned so far love the performance the glide the fluidity the maneuverability. the problem now is because I hold it where the holes are below the side buttons, during intense flick shots I sometimes press in and trigger the side button, is there a way to fix it?

Both are good imo. The Razer has superior build quality compared but it is more expensive. I prefer the glide on the 710, I like the cable more on the 710, I prefer the shape of the 710 and I prefer the weight of the 710 but they are my personal preference and the data might shoe a different story in area that you prefer. What mouse do you have arm?

Hello Beardedbob, my friend destroyed his front side button . His mouse is the cooler master mm710 . The side button has already fallen out, he only stuck it back on with tape, but it doesn't helps . Could I replace the side button with new side buttons by myself or do i have to have it repaired by professionals or is it not possible to repair it at all ? I need the answer as soon as possible because his birthday is in a few days

You will need to 3d print some new ones but you need to scan file if there is one and a 3d printer.

What are you talking about, scroll is absolute best! First time in years I can finally enjoy crisp scrolling when doing my jumps in game not fearing it may do the jump by slightly touching the wheel!

@@Beardedbob You're right, I just had to point it out :) After being with Logitech since their initial release of MX500 back in 2002, I was plagued by their unimaginably bad scroll wheels. Even G403, scroll still got a problem within 6 months of use and I finally ditched them to Rival 600. Felt what a solid built scroll is, but MM7xx have it even more pronounced and I do not randomly jump during game by just touching it :)

Loose and wobble mouse buttons is a no for me tbh. That's quite a common problem honeycomb and ultralight mouses have. The Model O, Ultralight, and even the Viper got it all.

No one likes a wobble. Most mice have some just not as much as some QA issues have let out. I don't think its down to just Ultra lights though this has been highlights recently as so many are dropping atm.

The reason why I think most ultralight mices are concerned is because their structure is cheaply made. They often sacrifice quality build for lesser weight which is a shame because in the end you get a mouse that either cracks or make noise when holding it tight or get loose buttons, and if your grip is palm that will affect you

I have this mouse for about 3-4months now and what bothers me is how heavy the m1 and m2 clicks are :( think im upgrading to something like the G Pro Wireless.

You could always swap out the LMB & RMB switch for something lighter.

The buttons were actually the worst ones that i have ever tested on a Mice, it has the badest Quality control imo, and the customer service was even more awful. Just replied that this is in there expectations and closed my RMA request, lmao. If they would solve their issues and put thicker feets on it, would be easily a top tier mouse.

I place my fingers exactly on the holes when I am holding the mouse so your assertion is not applicable to everyone.

How the holes on the sides affect you will come down to your grip and how far back you hold the mouse. The smaller your hand the more chance you have of feeling the side holes. I would use the hand shape/size comparison in the video as this will help understand where your fingers will be in relation to different hand sizes.
