I kindly request you to to touch on this topic : Organizational politics & how to navigate it, talk about toxic employees. I work in an office where i manage a team of 25 guys, but then there is this lady who is always arrogant, she shouts arrogantly to anyone who crosses her line & her arguement is that she has a senior person in government who can protect her na hawezi futwa! She even shouted at me yet am her senior, she comes to work late& av really tried to talk to her withoit achieving any tangible results.advice please.
