Is it easy to get security job in Dubai if you have SIRA license already?

The candidate who wants to be a security guard in Dubai requires the SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Authority) license. Security companies in Dubai hire the new security staff and send them to SIRA cader academic to complete one-week training, When candidates pass the SIRA test they will be granted the license.
