Very cool. I will have to calculate my house load one of these days to get an idea of what kind of wattage I would need to hold me over for a day. Prices are starting to come down on all of these, so it might be time for me to switch to electric soon. Great video Eric

I'll hopefully have time to get that filmed and posted soon!

Thats a TON of battery power for just a shed, lol. However seeing that your running it completely off grid + heating and cooling, I completely get it and as you said, you might even need more to sufficiently keep up and not end up with dead batteries with there isnt much sun. This looks like a killer setup for light whole home backup usage. Great move on them to simplify the B300K and make it a better value.

Thats a sweet looking office you have there! It puts my bedroom / home office to complete shame, lol Do you think The AC200L would be sufficient to run a gaming pc, router and monitor? All in I think my setup draws about 900-1000 watts when I'm gaming with high settings (Running RTX 4080). We get a lot of blackouts where I'm at so it would be good to still have internet and gaming to hold me over rather than being stuck in the dark for a few hours. Thank you by the way. Your channel always manages to get me interested in some random new tech I didnt know I needed, lol

How long would it take to recharge them from zero?
@rrkumar784 ай бұрын
How did you wire this? I’m doing the same, so it would be great to understand how you did it. Do you have the Bluetti connected via extension cord to the house? And then have the shed powered by the power station? Can it be plugged in and also provide power at the same time?
@EricReviews4 ай бұрын
Yes, the power station allows pass through charging. I wired my shed with solar in mind, so I have an inlet on the outside of my shed and a single outlet wired to that on the inside. This way, when I plug in an extension cord from the outside, it passes power to the inside outlet and I dont have to have a cord running through a window or something. When the extension cord is not plugged in and, this is just a dead outlet. As shown in the video, I have the entire shed wired to another inlet on the inside. This is where I can choose to connect the entire shed to the power station, or the the single outlet thats powered by my house. A bit confusing, but this was the best way I could think of that easily allows me to switch between grid and solar power (without hardwiring anything). For the outside inlet and the other I have on the inside. I used this part: amzn.to/4edGda9 If you have any other questions, just let me know!

@@EricReviews awesome thanks! I have an EcoFlow delta pro. Can you keep the power station connected to the extension cord AND keep the inside outlets powered with the power station?
@EricReviews4 ай бұрын
yes, but once the power station is fully charged, it will work as a UPS and just pass through power, powering the inside outlets from grid power and not the battery.
@rrkumar784 ай бұрын
@@EricReviewsperfect. Yeah, I’m going to run solar and power the shed with those during the day, and then off the battery at night. I’ll just keep the inlet plug unplugged during the day and plug it in at night.

can the ac200L and the B300k run a 12000btu mini split air conditioner and for how long. Also Can I use any other solar panel to charge them.

Between the two, do you prefer Anker or Bluetti?
@EricReviews4 ай бұрын
Cant go wrong either ways as their both solid brands. I'd say figure out what you need, compare specs, and just go with whichever is cheaper at the time!

Personally I think a DIY setup is MUCH cheaper and also much easier to expand
