Fiziev might’ve been a bad example. And it’s honestly just a way for ppl to complain. Because they think Umar will beat Cory. It’s that simple. If they thought Cory would kill Umar then they wouldn’t throw a fit. And there does have to be a lot of biased towards the khabib team. For prime example bo nikal has had 5 or so fights period yet everyone wants him to fight ranked or top guys.. Umar hasn’t even really even had a competitive or close fight out of like 17 and everyone is outraged.. yet bo nikal in his 6-7th fight should be fighting ikram or khamzat or kopylov.. if you have eyes and a brain you know how good Umar is. You know why it’s not that big of a deal for him to fight a top ranked guy.. cause at the same time PPL WERE COMPLAING HE DIDNT FIGHT A TOP RANKED GUY JUST HIS LAST FIGHT. Make it make sense

And those two examples are different, Dustin was coming off a KO loss, Gaethje was coming off a loss as well. Cory is on a winning streak

And i definitely think theres a difference between people like jiri and alex getting pushed (already prooved themselves in other big promotions) and someone like umar who hasnt beaten a ranked guy and is about to fight for number 1 contendership just because of his last name.
