The interview wasnt used. In the end. SD handed over by party leaders were the ones thats being used. The interview was for YDPA to access the situation. It was a 1-1 interview. Its most probabbly in private. The results of that interview wasnt even brought up or been taken into consideration by the King when naming TSMY as PM.

It's true that he is a brilliant man. No one can deny that. When he was our 4th PM, he did a great job to serve to his people and his country. But that was years ago, he's now old and is most likely forgetful as an old man. He may be above average as an old man, he had read a lot of books whatsoever, but the thing is, he's just a human being just like us all. Which means *HE CAN MAKE MISTAKES* like us too. Maybe he did planned everything very well, but luck isn't on his side now. Maybe he made a mistake and there's no returning back.

Hahaha!!! Syed Saddiq was cornered by Mehdi's outstanding plausible argument. Syed was waffling like a clown and as always, consistently lie to the public about his family being threatened. Lol Mehdi is more reasonable than most of our ministers in malaysia. I urge Mehdi to learn about our history on politics before we gained independence and the social contract regarding the "race discrimination" which is enacted in our constitution. It is to compensate the poor malays and the urban-rural gap so that everyone has an equal opportunity to draw level with the non malays which they have been conquering 70% of our economy due to historically, the British sold most of the commercial sectors to them and the non malays also own most of the private sectors in malaysia which allows them to exploit the workers who are mostly the malays that could hardly make ends meet. Etc.. The truth is, there's a reason why we need to uphold these policies, it's not because we're privileged or full of ourselves. But we are entitled to it because there was a consensus from the social contract treaty that if the non malays (chinese, Indians) wanted to live here, they have to agree that the policy is predominantly prerogative for the indigenous people (malays, borneo). Despite having those policies, it doesn't stop the non malays to succeed, if we look at the top 10 richest person in malaysia, 8/10 of them are non malays. The propaganda that has been described by the chauvinistic political party "DAP" were completely biased and solely based on falsehood. As a malaysian, I am very embarrassed to have such immature minister like Syed which he is a well known compulsive liar in malaysia. I hope Mehdi would bring someone who is more credible, principled and reputable with full of integrity politician in malaysia such as Khairy Jamaluddin or so. KJ could easily debunk his claims and brush off his clownery. Jazakallahu khayran. P.S, Syed Saddiq might need some emotional support from his mommy after this interview. Haha!

You need to understand the history of how Malaya at that time reached its independant and then converted to Malaysia. Its all the planning of the British. Its them that forced the Malay to agree to the non Malay obtained their citizenship, but with the condition that the rights of the Malay being preserved. Its stated in the Federal Constitution. If anyone would want otherwise than what was stated in the Federal Constitution, then that social contract is broken and all non Malay would loose their citizenship.

If that's the case, then a king that can easily be fooled with baseless materials doesn't paint a good image of the country's monarchy. Its not convincing too, for someone like Mahathir to have his election-won government be overthrown so easily with such approach, but simply claim a betrayal and stage a walk-out to clear his name. Since Mahathir earned the consensus from his allies on the ever postponing hand-over, he has all the power to protect the government in any way possible, but otherwise. And please, stop insulting democracy when you still practising ethnic supremacy.
