It's per person It actually depends on the house. If a house is too big and has multiple rooms. You can get a single room for 250€, if it's a small house, you've to share a single room for the same cost. The house conditions are a bit weird

Okay. So, Naples is good, you'll get a student pass for transport, you can find part time jobs if you can speak Italian, and accommodation is also okay. So I suggest you to take Naples, But if you applied for any good universities and if there is a chance that you'll get your admission, wait for it till may. And if you get admitted, check the ranking of the university and choose
