Lying by ommission the question was framed in a way to claim the whole country doesnt allow late term abortions but new york does and Virginia are trying to do the same and at 9 months its not abortion anymore its infanticide.

Infanticide have to do with the baby being killed after birth so, if a woman get an abortion at 9 months it’s still just an abortion.

After watching the video I don’t see how there’s any lie by omission here. They said 43 states have some restrictions on late term abortions. That means 7 don’t.

SoLiD CyPhEr the very same people that are against abortion are trying to take away a women's ability to obtain safe and affordable birth control makes no sense. When women have access to affordable birth control the number of unplanned pregnancies go down.

What a fancy way to say you're lying. 🙄 They didn't ask if it's legal with mother's health aside. They asked if it's legal. And when taking the mother's health into account the answer is YES! IT'S LEGAL. AND let's be clear... Mother's health can include anything so much as being emotionally apprehensive about giving birth. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Later term abortion is only and rarely considered when the life or physical health of the mother is endangered by carrying further. The baby is usually delivered through c-section.If this is the situation, the mother is not at all wanting to do this. To survive or because of her health, continuing the pregnancy isn’t an option.

No the late term abortion does not only exist if the mother’s health is at risk. Go ahead and tell the part that they also include mental health in there. That kind of makes sense if the woman has went completely insane but that’s not how it really is. If a pregnant woman says she is depressed because she is having a baby that counts as a health reason and a late term abortion is done based on that. So be truthful unless you are ashamed of what you support.

Complete fallacy. Thousands are carried out on elective grounds. If a women is only getting an abortion in 3rd trimester because of risk to her health, a C section is far safer than abortion, show me a mother who wants her child, choose abortion over early delivery and a chance of survival... Its not going to happen, it's totally illogical. A mother who wants her child will risk her own life to save that of her child.

There are six states in Washington DC that have no limits on abortion terms so therefore late term abortions are legal, can you provide more information on that? So if a woman is 9 months pregnant and she decides to have an abortion even though her health is not at risk, does this mean she can have an abortion in those six states and Washington DC?

Not sure about 9 months. But yes DuPont clinic will perform up to 31 week abortions. That is close to 8-months and yes you can have a viable baby through C-section at that point. Obviously it’s possible that the fetus has serious complications at that point. Which would make him or her disabled for life. Can you force a mother to take care of an heavily disabled child for life? Because if she wouldn’t the burden would fall on society. These cases are more complicated. But when healthy this should be an capital offense national wide.

Okay so most states have regulations but what about the ones that do not? Which states do still allow abortion up to 9 months , aside from medical reasons. Im referring to the mothers choice.

I’m a democrat.if a baby isn’t viable, then yes. In a third trimester pregnancy, if the woman’s life is in danger, and the baby is viable, then a C-section should be performed. I can’t imagine anyone getting a late term abortion with a viable fetus.

If there are several states that have no specific limit as to when an abortion cannot be legally done, how is that not up to 9 months or further? Thats precisely what it is. THERE IS NO LIMIT!!!!

No, theres 5 states that allow full term abortions after bad orange man allowed states to make their own decisions. NJ is one of the full term abortion states. You've gotta tell the doctor you were assaulted (by a family member if just assault doesn't work). You need to go somewhere for abortion now. But it's alot easier to get one if you gonna travel.
