For colourpop glitters I love putting them on my lid too! The best way to stop it from creasing/moving is laying down a glitter glue on the lid before adding the glitter! I usually forego any shadow on the lid and just let the glitter be the star so that it doesn’t mess with any shadow under :) I loved the video! Can’t wait to get my mint palette and glitter in the mail

GIRL! This look is SOOOO STUNNING on you!!! You ALWAYS do such beautiful looks!! I just love mint colors in general but in these small palettes they've been doing- I'm definitely here for it! I've never used the glitterly obsessed glitters and since they already have a "tacky"- wet base I can't speak on them 100%. BUT... I would try using a little of your favorite glitter glue just tapped out in a thin layer- then tap the glitter on it w a finger. Maybe the glue will give it that extra hold it needs... Of course, that's just my suggestion. Those may have to much of a wet base already though, what do you think? Someone else may have a better suggestion on using those specifically. 💚 If you find a method that works it would make an awesome little "how to" video! Haha! 💚 Thank you for sharing your opinions w this collection! Xoxo 🦄💚

Thank you!!! You're so sweet!! I never thought to try a glitter glue under it! I wonder how itd work though since it has a jelly/gel base to it. Like it has a lot of slip to the formula. Last night I thought of maybe like putting it on the back of the hand and then using a glitter adhesive to apply once it dried down a bit but Im not sure how that'd work. Maybe I applied too much and thats why it creased? I havent tried a formula like it before. Ive only tried pressed glitters and they work a little different and arent as jelly with their formulas.

I’ve used Glitterally Obsessed on my lids but I’m not sure how you’d do what I do for camera. You have to lay down your eyes (like you did) but then put Anastasia Glitter Glue on top. Do each eye separate. After doing the one eye, I go in with a Morphe M421 and tap a small amount in the gel jar before going over where I want it laid. You can’t get too precise with the product but that’s mostly because it’s chunky and crazy. After you put it on, basically I have to do bedroom eyes for a good 10 minutes until it sets. Then you can do the 2nd eye. It takes time but it looks so unique with the huge pieces.

Im down to try anything honestly! I absolutely adore how chunky it is, just wish it didnt crease like crazy haha. I have nothing like it in my collection! So you use the ABH glitter adhesive as your glitter glue for it?

Lethal Kitten Yup! Mostly because it’s so thin and doesn’t alter the state of anything underneath it. I also love how it will literally let anything grab hold of it. Most glitter glues I use are creamy or take too long to get anything to attach to it.

Theyre my favorite right now for affordable brushes! I like the Lavender Luxe, Marble Luxe, and Zodiac Eye sets. The Luxe ones are a little more pricey but they do go on sale a lot I noticed! What I like about these sets though is that the brushes have nice shapes to them and are easy to clean. They also blend out eyeshadow super well (even better than some of my high end brushes) without irritating my extremely sensitive eyes. Most affordable brushes Ive tried the brushes are so large and awkward or have such weird shapes that I dont get a lot of use out of them.

In Colourpop’s video introducing this collection, they made it sound like they were doing a pastel palette series. I know the peach palette is part of it, this one.. oh, the lilac was the third, I think! I don’t remember exactly what they said, but it sounded like more would be coming, maybe one pastel version for each current 9-pan monochrome palette? Don’t quote me, that’s just my guess! But yeah, I have several of these, just got the mint and I’ve had the lilac for a little while and I love all of them so I’m happy if they want to make more! You look gorgeous!! 😍💚😍

I use little silicone "brushes" for all my glitters ,, pressed,, lose and the glittery obsessed and a million times easier to get it where you want,, I have a tiny eyeliner brush from the same collection and its perfect to be so priciest

I have a few glitters, they can get chunky blend, light use, kinda help it dry before you blink and move eyes around a lot, but man will your face be glittered when you wash it lol, but to me worth it

Do you just sit with your eyes closed and let it dry down or like tap it to dry it? I took it off with eye makeup remover on a cotton round and it got most of it off! But somehow I have glitter everywhere at the same time lol!
