Why in the Heck is this Question being asked!? What is wrong with your Head!? Of course you should thank ALLAH, for everything. If you're going through Issues that are "hindering" that however, then you should give thanks to ALLAH for as many things as you can see in your Life, to the "Best of your Abilities". This Question is kind of "Blasphemous" though. Come on, seriously?
