Being human is what make us unique. We can't just cohabitate like anim*ls. If you're scared of the legal consequences of divorce then do the traditional marriage. In fact, it can be done in a small living room with very few people. It's our value and it's part of our identity. It's not a common paper. It's a responsibility.

Absolutely a big fat NO. When they are not roommates/ co habitants coming together to pay rent as done in some countries where there are safety by law of the female and male to prevent sexual harassment or kids who will have kid/s that they can't take care of, due to not taking the relationship serious and having responsibilities. The marriage insistute needs prayers and also to make it look and feel beautiful, so this idea don't start as a norm. It's not about the document as that's a must proof, it's about seriousness of the relationship in a safe manner, so if any problems, some family members that don't know themselves,know this via the document.
