Great video👍🏼 Quick question, does the Thinkcar PD-8 have a stand to prop itself up in the back like some of the similar diagnostic tools that Autel and Xtools produce so you don’t have to hold it to use it and not prop it up against something?

I'm going between xtool, and think car. Mostly for programing transponders Bidirectional and abs sensors

How many different brand of vehicles do you have? If you are getting this for a shop than you would want to buy a pro grade tool that has everything unlocked but only for two years or so. Then you would pay a service fee for the software.

Can you read fuel injector codes on vehicles with the year model 2018 up? Or even change the injector code on the pcm?

Depends on the make, email the vendor your vin and ask for a list of supported features for your vin. Good luck

Life time update are included but does not apply to the bi directional function. Before you buy I recommend getting in writing from the vendor. Buy from Amazon with the proof incase there is ever an issue.

Most of these scan tools can not program or flash a new ecu. Do you don’t waste money, please email the vendor the vin and ask them. Each make is different

Does the Standard PD 8 have Bluetooth or do you need the PD8BT? Also your video stated, '"Lifetime Updates" is that free updates for lifetime your video was a little confusing..... is it 2 years before paid or what? I don't know where you got LIfetime updates.... the PD8 charges $99 after the free 2 years.........

I reviewed them at different times but found the pd8 more responsive. Good luck with your workshop and look into specializing in a brand as it will help you stand out and save you from buying a ton of different tools. I ran a shop for 18 years

Yeah but the pd8 includes bi directional support for 1 to 3 years. On the mini you have unlock each feature. You got the budget go with pd8 since you will generate income from your business.
