I also chose to pursue CA after 12 just because it's a tough exam which required lot of hardwork. I did articleship from mediocre firm and competed my CA in multiple attempts as I did self study for CA final subjects. After my CA I get to know about big 4 as I am person who is not very social, book worm kind. I did job after 2 years of passing CA as I planned by baby immediately after passing CA.. So I think you can imagine how tough it would be to get shortlisted for interview in good companies, forget about big 4. As I was not getting shortlisted anywhere, I started with walkin interviews of big 4 and I got selected in one of them. I never thought I could be in big 4. So what is important is just keep trying with your 100 % efforts in everything you do. Automatically things will start changing gradually.. But yeah big 4 jobs are Pressurizing But not for me because "mehant karni hai kahi bhi kar lengay.".

Didi i am an introvert guy means i am quite shyy and darpok in front of others . My cbse12th results will come in july i dont know what to do even i am not a good student due to various reasons . I was academically blessed since always.. Chose commerce with math in 12.. Every people who knew me asked me to choose science but I was always interested in numbers.. And I was sure that I will never be doctor or engineer.. now I am doing CA, got Rank in foundation, cleared intermediate with self study for 5 subjects.. I have no idea about CA, but what i understood from his talk is hunger for our goal is very important. If god gives you an option to choose either this or that it does not mean you lost and also donot give excuses to yourself. Yes dreams may evolve over time but not our instinct to never compromise. Success mantra is think big, come out of your comfort zone, soar high.

This is motivating sure, but I want everyone to also know that success is not just challenging yourself to grow to new heights. You don't have to reach that pinnacle of success. Success can be having a good home, stable mental and physical health. Success can just be living happily and safely. Life doesn't always have to be some sort of never-ending mountain climbing competition. It's ok to not want to be at the top.

Let lives of those ppl whom u r trying to motivate,remain simple. As I have seen students who enter into CA field,they try to become artificial and try to create an artificial Wall around them in the name of this being a Professional identity of CAs. Life is so much more than being a professional...and definitely more than being a CA. Don't spread this CULTURE prevalant in a particular Profession that too specially in a City(must probably be Delhi) to your coming juniors.Let them remain simple humans...without all these artificial walls around them!Being simple(non dramatic) doesn't make your knowledge any less rather makes u more focused and makes the world simple for other ppl to live in it too!

I lost my father just before my 10th board exams and lost my mother this year due to covid. I live with my elder sister now who is a RRB PO. I too chose commerce just because i knew my mother couldn't afford medical studies as we didn't had any source of income(my mother later on started a grocery shop). But then I thought it's okay, I chose my way and now I have to go through it a long way so I surfed the internet and learned about CMA. I cleared my foundation in December 2020 in first attempt and thought of giving inter group 1 in june 2021 but lost my mother in april so i had to shift my planning to December 2021. Due to certain situations, june attempt got merged with December one. When I was in 12th, I just thought of being a CMA. But after I cleared Foundation, I started to plan to go for CA too after gaining 2 years of work experience after becoming CMA. Now, the bug inside me has instigated me again and my future plan as of now is becoming CMA (with articleship in one of the big 4) then gaining 2 years of work experience and competing for CA. And as soon as I clear CA, i would go for CIMA conducted by IMA. Please bless me sir so that I can fulfill my dreams as you did.🙏

One suggestion from my side it may be wrong or it may be quite rude for some people We cant pursue any profession through someones iconic speech .
