I have solved like 450 questions on leetcode in my college time and have decent dev skills. I couldn't get placed due to some problems. Currently working as a Automation Test Engineer at 5 LPA in Chandigarh with 1 year of exp. I want to switch from testing to dev. I dont find this role more challenging. Also, most of friends are now working at very good Product based companies with SDE profiles having good packages with just 1-2 years of exp. There is no way, I would reach at their level via this field in terms of growth and good packages even in 2-3 years. So now upgrading myself with MERN stack again
