Is it possible to win The Grand Race with ALL Assists Turned OFF?

Using assists in The Crew Motorfest is significantly faster than assists off. Many cars especially RWD have a lot of wheelspin and assists are the only way to keep them in check. Will I still be able to win with ALL assists off while driving RWD cars?
