I will note that they admitted there has been a second pool (queue) where players are placed when they've "lost too much". " players who show very poor results over their latest series of battles are sent to a separate queue for battle entry to brush up on their game and come back stronger for the next fight." Exactly as I was saying some time ago.

its not only about skill base... its about having ennemies 1 tier up from you, with a premium tank, roaming about without fear of getting killed. not 1 in 10 battles have tanks in the same tier
