I agree the Antigona is still a great price! I got mine preloved last year. Actually I traded it with my classic speedy 25 and it’s one of my most used bags now. It’s such a worry free easy bag to use. Thanks for all the updates! 🖤🖤🖤

Hello Hanna! Happy new year! I searched on the german LV website and did not find a classic Speedy nor the "mon monogram" section where you could personalize a classic Speedy in the past. I think, this is a shame! Imagine Hermès giving their Birkin a strap and throwing the classic out - for me, it is the same thing! I am also disappointed about the changes on the toy Loulou bag...I love the classic shape and always had it in the back of my mind to maybe get one one day. I also considered the toy Loulou as a classic to YSL. Hmm...I don't really like where the fashion houses are going! 🤷‍♀️

LV will discontinue the Speedy when Chanel does the same for the Classic Flap. 😂. Heard the same thing about the mini Pochette pouch years ago and I did have to source on from another state. When it was available again on the website, the price increase was a lot. Btw, love the Antigona. That shape is so classic. It’s still on my list to acquire.

Totally agree with you that I personally think the Antigona is a classic shape and classic bag. I’ve been collecting bags for over a decade and I finally bought one last month in the shiny calfskin black. Got it brand new from a European website on sale for $1150. What a great value in a climate where bags have become so overpriced.

I preferred the old YSL darling, it was so cute and a perfect alternative to the Chanel square mini. As for the speedy, it wouldn't surprise me if they stopped the speedy without a shoulder strap, in fact with the shoulder strap they cost more ! On the French site the classic speedy is not available. Have a nice day :)

I can see the classic speedy 30 in DE but it does say notify me. I don’t see the Azur or monogram print. I don’t see any classic 25’s. Interesting. I have 2 antigona’s in small size. One is a beautiful blue not a navy but it is deep and bright blue. The other is the caramel or tan color. I use both and will continue whether they are in style or not. To me they are classic.

I have the original Loulou too and tbh I prefer it to the new version and I also love that it’s in calf skin as it’s still so soft but the wear and tear has been amazing! The speedy isn’t on the UK site either 🤔

Hi, that was me! I commented that the classic Speedy is discontinued. I’m in the US and I heard rumors of this all last year, then I tried to buy one in any size in Spain and was told they’re no longer in stock anywhere in Europe, though not sure he can see all of Europe inventory. What he inferred was that it is being replaced by the more expensive redesigned Speedy where the side bag straps are missing and the bag strap will be clipped on the top like the Soft Speedy. I have also seen other signs it’s discontinued but won’t mention it now. Thanks for following up with this video!

I bought a toy Lulu a few months ago black with the gold logo. although I think it’s adorable I’m actually kind of regretting getting another black bag. I was thinking that now that it’s discontinued someone might want a square bag. Do you think I could get close to my retail price of 1800 for it? I didn’t really think of selling it but now that it’s discontinued I was wondering if someone might actually prefer the square.

Would you feel comfortable providing the LV Boutique location in NY, and the first name of your sales associate? I have been looking for a classic Speed 25, and I can't find one on the website, nor in my local boutique; I would like one, and if I have to have it shipped from NY, then I will do that. Thank you.
