Love that orca offers a lifetime warranty on all components of the cooler (including straps and feet) versus yetis 5 year warranty that only covers the construction of the cooler. That alone makes it worth a yeti 100 times over.

If you're a hunter and need to keep your kill cold for a few days, that is where these coolers shine. If you fill it with dry ice or salt water you can do some cool tricks

Love all three of my Orca coolets but I too can't stand that storage bag. They are totally uneccessary and annoying. I took them all off of mine and just put the screws back in.

Nice man, I have that color in a 40qt. Orca. One thing people don't realize about Orca, is they are cheaper usually at selling theirown product. Most people just knee jerk and go to Amaz-n, etc. Tenn has no sales tax. Also typically there is free shipping from Orca. Plus Orca has ran some killer 25% off sales form time to time. I bought my Orcas straight from Orca at the 25% off sale. At that discount(and no sales tax), they were cheaper than just about anyone with a decent line of coolers. Cool vid.

I love coolers. Just like many others, I love the wide array available to the public. Companies like Walmart, Academy, Cabelas... making their own coolers has really helped drive the market down. But I have a serious problem with some of the coolers out there. There is no reason for a direct competitor of yeti to build a nearly exact esthetic version of a yeti and it be similarly priced. The lack of standard “accessiories and features is astounding. Orion, Pelican, Cabelas, and Magellan all have integrated bottle openers. Idk man..

I enjoy my Orca, but yes a bottle opener would have been nice. I do like the pouch that is built in and can hold a bottle opener which no other cooler offers anything for extra storage unless you count the Yeti sidekick at 49.99 (which I really like).

How much ice did it average per day? Was it a 20lb bag every 3 days?

Yeah, we had it pretty stocked with supplies so the we only had to add a bag every three days or so, it lasted longer when we were in Yellowstone because it was so much cooler than the rest of the trip

Too much talking... the only purpose of the cooler is to keep the food cool... the rest is nothing!!!
