Yea still waiting on my ram dropped it off the last Monday my guess ether parts that hasn't came in or they are slammed with other cars but I hope they start working on it yea I talk to a mechanic on the phone I went with the mds delete kit and factory cam and lifters I'm want it back lol I've been waiting for this for a year.

You definitely have a misfire because mine was doing it when I took my cats off and it was making my O2 sensors mess up .. and was running lean

So when you’re full throttle, you’re not getting enough fuel so you can either upgrade the fuel pump or you can keep replacing the O2 sensors tricking your computer, but that will only buy you a little bit of time. You will have to keep replacing them.
