What exactly happens backstage? Do we get to meet the artists or is that only in diamond? Also, you mentioned trading your hi touches? Where exactly did you find people to trade with and how did you approach them? Can you buy a certain hitouch for a certain group? Or a backstage meet and greet?

Backstage is a mini tour. We were taken to the press room where interviews are conducted. We did not meet any artist all though we did see NCT! Diamond has an actual meet and greet with a random artist! To my knowledge, you would have to be wearing a diamond wristband to attend diamond specific events such as the meet and greet.

I’m from North Carolina too! Unfortunately ticket sales are probably going to happen during class and school WiFi isn’t great 🙄 I definitely want to get the Platinum tickets along with my boyfriend. I only really wanna go if Seventeen comes but having to figure out the prices of getting there and a place to stay is pretty difficult.

1. You can trade through Facebook groups, Tweets, or just plain in person. At the booth where you get your vouchers, a lot of people wait around and will ask you which ones you got. You can ask people what they have and what they will trade for it. 2. I waited in line pretty much all day. I got my spot in the morning and had people look after my spot if I needed food, had an artist engagement, or anything else. Hope this info helped and good luck with getting tickets this year!

For the event, would you need to have someone hold your spot in line (for the concert) to go do the hi-touch? As in, do the schedules/extra benefits collide with lining up? Or is the line to go in not open until after all of those things are done?

Yes you will have to hold on to your place in line! I made friends in line and we looked each other's thing if someone has a schedule or something. But that's because Platinum and Diamond didn't have numbered wristbands or anything but P1 did so they could leave and comeback before the concert started. Things may change so just listen to the kcon announcements and check their Q&A questions closer to ticket sales/concert.

I just snagged platinum tickets yesterday! How early did you get to the venue before they started letting the platinum audience in? This is my first time going to KCON and I'm trying to get as close to the front as possible

I would say an hour or two before doors open for the concert if you want a good spot. (Honestly all spots are good though!)

I would also talk around, if some people are really motivated to get a good spot,they will campout. Because the venue for the concert and convention are so close just peek from time to time to see if a line forms.

thank you for all the info- this was very helpful for me! i have a question about the backstags experience- i know in past years they didn't let us bring in any phones or cameras but you had a picture from inside so are you now allowed to bring in a phone/camera?

Nora F they made us put our phones in a bag and only let us have them back in that room.

Thanks for this I had p1 seated at Kcon NY this year and as someone who has always done GA years prior I missed that pit stye energy and since I had the money to burn went with the Plat tickets for LA this video really helped me with my decisions so we shall see how LA goes hope its as nice as kcon NY was for you

The platinum tickets sold on ticket master is that what you got? Or is is different?

Yes I bought my platinum tickets on Ticketmaster.

When ticketing for platinum on ticket m aster, do you go to the combo option? (as opposed to day 1 or day 2) And does it clearly denote Diamond, Platinum, P1, P2, and P3 when selecting the ticket you want? (or is it confusing)

Yes it shows up on the combo option only. I think I searched for it by price when they went on sale.

I want to go to kcon for 2019 and I really want platinum but I’m not sure how the tickets worked, so basically it’s like all other tickets where you have to wait and refresh for the tickets?? And where did you buy the tickets off of? I bought mine off the official kcon site so did you buy yours there too? I hope I can get platinum this year because last year I had very slow WiFi and only 1 device so I got p3 :/ also I’m sorry these are a lot of questions but I can’t find anyone to answer them I hope you can 💞💞
