Sir, 1)what is better to do either working as a research associate or working as a guest faculty in a university, or a faculty in a good private university? 2)Does it really help joining as a guest faculty in a govt college or university? 3) How many and what quality research papers should one have to get a postdoc position in India..? 4) does working as a guest faculty prioritize one for the permanent reccruitments?
