Hello, this is BirdsOfGanges! Today, I'm sharing my last day in the beautiful geo-island of Langkawi, specifically in Pantai Cenang. This place is a perfect blend of the lush greens of the mountains and the serene blues of the sea. A visit to the Gurung Raya hills offers a breathtaking.
During my stay, I resided at Riyaz Lavanya, a premium residency maintained by the Riyaz Group. Beside renting,It offers 2 BHKs and studio apartments for sale, fully constructed and furnished. A 1500 sqft flat here costs about 2.6 crores INR, while a studio is priced at 2.3 crores INR.
However, this property isn't beachfront. For those seeking a sea view, there's an upcoming project, Tropicana Cenang. Here, you can get a 380 sqft sea view studio for 1.2 crores or a 900 sqft 2BHK for 1.6 crores.
