11:45 You don't actually need to build 3 more characters for the CLS squad, only Chewpio. You needed relic CLS and Chewie to unlock JKL. Speaking of which, I think the biggest impediment to rushing Jabba as 1st GL is the shadow requirements of HY and Wampa. There's also 5 legends (C3PO, JKL, Chewie, CLS, Han MF), but HY and Wampa are the really slow part. Actually farming the BH ships for HanMF is pretty darn slow too. Side note: you probably have enough jedi to make a useful JKL squad. You'll have R7 JKL, R3 HY, low gear OB (for CLS) at a minimum. That's already a playable squad early game, and it would be trivial to unlock GMY at that point.

Oh yeah the 2 rebels are a nice boost. I've mentioned the Hoda/wampa thing before and always get told in the comments that there are packs for them now.

I feel like if you are being forced to get jkl, you might as well go after jml. 5 or 6 of the reqs for jkl are also reqs for jml, so think it makes more sense to just pick jml up before jabba.

SEE and or SLKR are relatively easy farms that also build some good stuff. Jabba is not an easy farm because he needs C-3PO, Outrider, Wampa, HYoda, and JKL… before you can focus on new characters that are dropping 1 shard and not 2 per attempt. Additionally, you need Embo and 3 Omis… I’m about 3 quarters done his farm, and it’s by far more time consuming than, say, SEE… The only thing that keeps me sane is that I have 3 other GLs, Executor, Profundity, and the core teams. This is mostly just “doing” rather than “needing.”

if i started a new account, i'd argue that jabba would be my 3rd GL to have, after SLKR and SEE due to having requirements that will help with fleets (first order, empire, and JKA foe negotiator) and they help build very strong teams (first order, troopers, decent sith teams). while i would initially go for JMK for #3, gotta factor in the long farm for CAT and for Wat Tambor. that'd be where i'd starting farming my rebels teams/ships; same for my bounty hunters/ships. that would lead to executor, profundity, JKL, and eventually jabba. that's the path i would take if i started anew

Well the other thing is that similar to slkr, jabbas best team is included in his reqs, so you don't have to go out and get extra characters. (Like cat for jmk)

I think Executor is the best rush to do, for the crystal income. You could do Jabba after. I have just finished Executor and am going to build a few more teams, then its either SLKR or Jabba.

Currently working on the SEE journey as my first GL (on 110 shards out of 330). Planning to move to Exec after that then clear out JKL and GAS. Would you think Jabba or JML would be best after that?

All the other GL's put you in a position for a good fleet only Rey and SLKR make force you to build a fleet for them though and they're probably the worst fleets associated with GL's Rey -Raddus SLKR -Finalizer JML - Rebels (Home one, since Profundity is its whole own grind) SEE - Imperial fleet (Just beacause he has Piett doesn't mean he gives you the Executor he doesn't require any Bounty hunters or their ships JMK - the Negotiator and Grevious and Clone Sgt. (You could argue Geos for a sep fleet via the wat Mission) LV - BTL Y-wing, GAS which requires a whole padme team, and in turn a sepratist team. Do it properly you can have a nice Negotiator and Malevolence fleet They all set you up for the ability to have a good fleet or 2 in some cases but it's up to the individual to actually fill out their fleets.

I never really put the GAS needing a fleet connection together for LV. It's a little murkier because can complete and still not have anything crucial other than JKAs but could really have a nice flow if you know which to invest in. Good point

I feel like Jabba is a great second GL. You can start with exec, then farm either SEE or SLKR (which both have overlap), and by then, you should have hoda and wampa so going into jkl/Jabba isn’t a big problem. It also gives you time on the side to develop the teams needed to ‘home’ some of Jabba’s lesser reqs.

I've found it to be the best universal build on offense. SLKRs damage from mastery easily dwarfs anything you can mod him for, and offense modding doesn't affect a multiplier for mastery so it quickly becomes a low value stat. Dude just needs to survive, speed is also an option, but health beats everything without having to give him broken speed mods

The only point i have against conquest is that if he's your first gl then you probably wont be in hard conquest regardless due to the 4mill gp needed. So you could farm him then pivot into JML with the JKL you already farmed for jabba and go from there. Before hard conquest you barely get any character shards from the crates anyways so while it is important to do it for the currency, it's not as important i believe.

As 3.2m gp without any GL I would consider going for him but JKLS is a pain in the ass to farm if you don't have Wampa, Hoda and ROLO. So I'm just farming ships for Exe and saving up GET1 and GET2. Gonna take ages but gotta start somewhere

Agree with many points but strongly disagree on Jabba not helping with assault battles. He can easily get CT3 in the BH one and JKL is key to the Jedi one, the rest of the Jedi team is quite flexible, so you can easily get that done quickly (even small accounts will have some Jedi)

I'm a late game player, but, for purely inefficient reasons, I went for JML as my first GL -- and while I don't regret it, it was a ridiculous 8 month grind -- especially trying to score highly in HSTR whilst everybody else was soloing it with SLKR. And of course, Jabba is fantastic -- for mid and late game players. But your first GL? no way -- you need JKL, which means ROLO and Wampa And 3PO, which means Ewoks Meanwhile, anybody going for SLKR gets a fleet and a team that's still great and gets you good HSTR Raid rewards. Cos if this is your first GL, you're not in a guild doing Krate. Should he be your third GL? after SLKR and SEE? That's a more difficult question (Ahnald has just decided yes) LVs too expensive. Rey is very good but not as good as JML, JKL or Jabba. The JKL choke point is there for both JML and Jabba Jabba's better in GAC, you get an Assault battle, Smugglers Run 2, and he is really useful in Conquest -- not quite as useful as JML but if this is your third GL, you're probably not getting Red crate, so the JML tank solution might not be quite as needed. I think I'd go for Jabba as my third but absolutely not as my first

I'd recommend building your core teams into Jabba. SEE is great but more often than not I recommend people wait until they have most of his reqs through normal play

Short answer: No Long answer: No, because it forces you to farm a lot of toons you can’t just build teams with but need other additional farms to be useful. You also need r8 so you need a good guild which you’ll probably struggle to get into unless you have at least 3m+ gp.

Jabba first? Hell no! A couple extra reasons is hut cartel arnt accelerated characters and will take ages to farm, also gearing said characters requires a ton of kyrotechs because of how new they are. Also R8 is so expensive until you get aeromagnifiers. IMO it's worth going after 1 of the 4 GL who don't have any r8 requirements slkr/rey/see/jml as they are significantly easier to get or in jml case he builds so many core teams That being said as a 2nd/3rd GL jabba is by far the best choice especially when hut cartel become accelerated and becomes easier to farm

@@CalvinAwesome TBH the only pain is Krrsantan. Boush and Lando are on the cheapest nodes, so double farming them is no problem. In the end Krrsantan will be accelerated by August. If you start farming everything else now, Krrsantan will be accelerated by the end.

@@CalvinAwesome JKL home and extra team for the raid. Also super good investment for future JML. The way I see it you get 2 ABs with Piet ITs, one with JKR+JKL, one with CLS. All of it is very convenient when going this route. If you would go Jabba first, it would be crap, no fleet and no ABs.

Started a new account about 6 months ago. Videos such as this are so disingenuous. Getting to level 85 is a grind to begin with. Then to get even one character to relic 7 is almost insurmountable until much much later in the game. The aspect that bothers me the most though, is how you completely ignore or minimize the actual grind it takes to get JKL due to the simple fact that you need BOTH Hoda and Wampa. If your playing this game completely free to play and not being carried in a guild you have no business being in, then the first GL should be SLKR.

....I mean. Level 85 or a R7 character is hard for newer players but that really isn't relevant for a GL preference video.
