Short answer: no, at least past a superficial level I think the reason why people hate this version, and similar versions, is because they don’t know how to properly utilize it. The thing about Jeevan is that it’s strange, not for everyone and every character has a specific use. However, in terms of mixing, sound design, and artistic representation it is probably one of the best versions of the game. Now that I think about it, people have the negative perception that every version needs to be an upbeat technology themed bumper. Incredibox celebrates all music and cultures. It’s okay if a version isn’t a heavy percussion based monstrosity.

Jeevan isn't that bad. Music of every type, whether hype and upbeat or slow and chill, is neat if made/put together properly. Incredibox isn't all crazy fast-paced all the time. It's a variety of sounds and songs. TL;DR: Jeevan isn't bad. At all.

You would think by this point Neester would have learned to not trust what people tell him lmao But real talk, this one has to be one of my favorites, since it encapsulates that Indian/Arabian vibe so well. Their music is very unique, which in turn actually kinda forces listeners to mix this differently than they would any other Incredibox version. I think that’s what I like the most from Jeevan. The designs, sound and character wise, are stellar too

when you mentioned the voices swapping between eachother, this happens in other mods. one in particular happens in armed, between beat 5, effect 2 (the jar and key guy) and effect 4. the beat and effect 2 trade between eachother while effect 4 fills in

Classic Hindi pop and vocal music would be this type of genre heck the first beat is basically a Tabla, the M3 is a Shenani and one of the sound effects sound like chimes and Sitar lastly the vocals or normal usage of Hindi music or any other genre that is world music. Good example would be Genetic Drugs or Musafir etc. just this Incredibox it’s just very the ambient since effect five is so chilling to the atmosphere.

Bro, hot take, this is by no means the worst one, I think it's actually in the upper half of all the other Incrediboxes. I'd say the one that's more down there comparatively (not saying it's bad but not nearly as good as the others) is honestly Alive, it has a few bangers, but a majority of the others aren't great, because the majority of the voices either sound weird or are too autotuned, the melodies are strong, the effects are a bit lacking, but the beats are awesome. Jeevan in my opinion pretty much is strong in all of its different parts, but isn't like exceptional like some of the othrers.
