Jersey mikes is always a solid sub, my only issue is their bread is better for the cold cuts. It’s almost too soft for the cheesesteaks, I’d prefer something a bit chewier but it’s still my go to place for chain sub shops.

Deli meat is all mass produced by grinding multiple parts of the animal, sort of like hot dog/baloney, filling it with preservatives and putting it into a mold. The turkey and all the hams are made that way and they are made the same way for every sub place. Jersey Mikes has much better cheese than subway, but my point was that people always talk about the deli meat as if the deli meat isnt deli meat ifuknowwhatimsayin.
