John Terry is top 3 minimum and that's a fact and how you can justify putting Campbell and Kompany ahead of him and Vidic is beyond me. Second, Lippy for this first time you had a howler when it came to Vidic. He was the captain from 2007-2011 basically due to Gary Neville being injured all the time, he was a leader. Secondly, when you said academies nowadays won't give him a pro contract, it made me think and I realized there is truth behind that. But that is the academies' fault for prioritizing too much on technique and maybe that's why world class centre backs are hard to come by in today's game. He wasn't abysmal on the ball and to be at Manchester United in late 2000s you had to have some decent technique and he had that. Personally I think Vidic is top 5.

Agger before his injury had everything to be the greatest. Reading of the game, strong in the air,good leadership was quick and on the ball donny was taking shots from 30 yrds with ease. Agger was even able to run across the whole dribble past 2 players and provide an assists. Agger could of gone to Barcelona even man city but injuries really really ruined. He was the one with the most potential out of all them for obvious reasons. And even if we do compare him to the others I pointed he still should be nowhere near top 3(Ferdinand,Terry,Vidic) or 5( Adams, Sol Campbell or Stam), because he has only proven himself as world class for 2 yrs while the others were for 5+.
