I'm an Arsenal fan, so I'll probably get a lot of hate for this - but don't copy what Arsenal have done based on one season of relative success. If that success is maintained (or grows), then fine. In business, you can't really develop a successful model until there is a sustained measure of success. In science, you have to prove your research with evidence of repeatability. I'm a big Arteta fan, and I completely agree with a lot of his (and the clubs') methods - but it could yet be a flash in the pan. There are very few guarantees for success in sport, and I see as many similarities between Arsenal and Leicester as I do between Arsenal and Manchester City. Tottenham are their own team, and have their own traditions, culture, and their own problems to overcome at the moment. The only thing about Arsenal's recent success which I think would work for other teams is committing to your plan/project/strategy for a few years. Hiring and firing managers, or not supporting your existing manager, is not ideal. Again, though, it has worked very well for some clubs. Having said all that, I can see Nagelsmann working very well at Spurs, but still with the caveat that it's very hard to break into that top 2. It's a good time to try, with there being a lot of varying fortunes up there (notably Liverpool and Chelsea underperforming). But no-one really broke into that top group in the years immediately after Leicester's title. With Nagelsmann you get someone who wants to do things a bit differently... and doing things differently might be better (and more fun) than doing the same thing and failing.

@@zoloftzambuki2271 thanks, my friend. I think it's important to be measured and fair in all things, and I'm interested in all that football has to offer - not just from one team. I find it all fascinating, tbh. Life is certainly too short for hatred and venom. I wish you well, in all things. 🙂

Nagelsmaan reminds me of klopp on the come up.. Mainz then dortmund then liverpool he suited the underdog I couldn't imagine klopp at a city or psg or whatever.... Nagelsmaan great with young players to develop like hoffenheim leipzig I think it's a good step but he could just wait for klopps deal and when klopp leaves take liverpool or even Chelsea if they sack potter

Do not think it would be a wise career choice for Nagelsmann. Better to wait for something to open up.

I don't think it would be convenient for Nagelsmann, as we all know the history of the Tottenham. I think at the end of the season when teams like Real Madrid and other big squads sack their respective managers, he will have better opportunities than Tottenham.

I don't want to see him to come to the spurs. I'd rather see him out of work for the rest of the season and wait for real to replace Ancelotti with him for the next season.
