In my experience, here's what I think is the best purpose of each combo of Julian: 2nd-3rd-1st - best for 1v1 situation. Good amount of damage that can kill most squishy heroes without proper defense. 3rd-2nd-1st - best for poking especially in late game. In late game, it is difficult to find an enemy alone because they usually come in groups. this combo is helpful in certain situations like activating Athena's shield for your ally mage to attack or poke damage dealers to help your assassin/jungler to kill them if there is an opening 1st-3rd-2nd/3rd-1st-2nd - best for sustaining and escaping. Considering Julian's 2nd skill is the hardest skill to hit an enemy hero with, at least in my opinion, having an enhanced 2nd skill can change the tide of battle. Each successful hit in enemy hero with Julian's skills gives him magic life steal which is very helpful for survivability. Not to mention it also gives him a brief immunity to avoid cc and fatal damage if timed properly 2nd-1st-3rd - best for baiting the enemies. Many will most likely react to Julian's 2nd as a possible enhanced 1st or 3rd so it usually makes them use their blink skill. It is a risky though but it could still be useful in certain situations 1st-2nd-3rd - Best for team fights. Using your 2nd to get closer to enemies and striking them with cc is a great way ti initiate a team fight. It also gives somewhat an element of surprise because with proper aiming, you can predict there enemy heroes with short blink skills might try to escape like Lesley and Clint.

i think 3rdk skill must be prioritized. I have a lot of games with Julian, and I can say that even though 1st skill can deal a lot more damage than the 3rd, but nothing still beats the continuos damage, cc effects and the area of effect of the 3rd skill (trust me).

4:15 he could've killed beatrix there if used his 3rd enhanced skill rather than the 1st. With the knock-up effect, Julian can come close and strike a basic attack

Base on my experience as a julian main with almost 73% wr, if you would want to be aggressive the build pattern should be like this, tough boots/warrior/arcane, genius wand, clock of destiny, concentrated energy, divine glaive, holy crystal. Emblem plays a very crucial part in ur game play if u think u can easily kill the enemy heroes i suggest u to use mystery shop for easy money and faster build, then if you think you will be under most of the teamfight situations i suggest u to use the killing spree emblem. But the question is wht do u get from this build? This build offers high amount of damage, because of genius and divine + magic scaling through the holy crystal, high amount of lifesteal and hp growth because of clock of destiny and concentrated energy. And since in the upcoming patch a nerf to julian is expected this might be a viable choice since the second skill and the first skill will be greatly affected.

Makunat si silvanna lods depende nlang kung pano mo sya gamitin .. Yung builds kase per hero nakadepende pa rin Yan sa kung sino Ang mga kalaban nyo at kung sino Yung makakatapat mo sa lane. Wag ka magstick sa Isang build lang lods kelangan marunong ka rin magcounter , laking tulong Ng mga defense items whether it's magic or physical defense items. Kase kahit papano di basta2 napipitas Yung hero mo .. kelangan lang lods mautak ka pag naglalaro ka pag ganon mas mataas chance na manalo ka every game
