The skill that makes Cousins a top 5 quarterback is that no quarterback gets through their progressions as well as he does. Some quarterbacks that are thought more highly of by the media go through a progression or two and break from the pocket. Kirk set a record in 2022 when the Vikings had 4 receivers that had at least 60 receptions. That had never happened before in the history of football. In 2023 Kirk was on a pace to not only repeat that feat but had a 5th receiver on a pace to get 47 receptions. Same thing this season so far. Without serious injuries it is a lock for the Falcons to have 4 receivers that reach 60 and they have a chance for a 5th. When a quarterback stands out like that you know he is Hall of Fame quality.

1 playoff win in 11 yr doesn't make a top 5 and definitely not losing to Danny dimes in the playoffs could u be top 5 and can't really win in prime time either has like 5 wins in those games in 11 years and can't tell me had no help his whole career c'mon

Imo, Kirk has been top 10 since 2021 ( pff graded him out at #5 at end of 2021), reached that top 5-6 - ironically- last year when JJefferson went down in KC for 3.5 games and then unfortunate non contact tragedy. I see that sane guy picking up where he left off right about now. Hes planting that right heel in ground and Kirk freekn Cousins getting better at 36 years young . Lets go ATL
