Mafundi kula your head mpka you can lose your entire hair plus land is so expensive nowadays especially in nice areas. Developers can buy large chunks of land and build good houses which are well laid out. With a plot a neighbour could build a crazy house and permanently stop the sun from ever meeting you.

I don't understand how you can have a guest room right in the dinning room? Where would you put the fridge? Honestly, that house didn't cost them more than 6 million to build because you can tell majority was an after thought. By the way, a walking closet, you walk in, what you showed is an actual hallway in a bedroom which they inturn turned it to a closet.... SO, SO, SAD....
