Thank you!! Yes, we really liked Koh Lanta and Koh Chang. But there are still places like Koh Mak or Koh Kood that are also worth exploring 🤗

Thanks for watching! Well, the island per se is really beautiful, but it is really so small that you could walk across the entire island several times in a single day. The Malaysian island of Langkawi is not far away if you are continuing your trip southwards after Koh Lipe.

@@FeedingFoca no, I’m staying within Thailand, my ex wife is Thai and have made friends there over the years. Also, trying to avoid the separatist areas of Southern Thailand and have zero desire to go to Malaysia.

I thought the beaches were stunning + I didn’t mind the higher prices for the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. We stayed on budget with accommodation by staying off the beach but only a 3 mins walk away with restaurants + shops across the street. I walked to the other end of island where its forested, a few times to enjoy the empty beaches

Yes, totally agreed. The beaches are beautiful and you can manage to find reasonably priced food. 😊

Hi, really enjoyed your video, nice vibe and great images. I've visited Thailand many times in the past but never been to Koh Lipe but would like to go. This time tho, am thinking of travelling solo, do you think it's a good place to travel solo or do you think it's more of a location for couples and families...?

Hi :) thank you so much. I think it is a good place to travel solo. There is lots of nightlife as well and great bars. So, you should be fine.
