Based on the end-of-season spoiler, Michelle is increasingly coming across as untrustworthy. It's like she's daring Kristen to say what she knows or was told. There was no reason to read Kristen's text on camera. She is legit talking to multiple cast members on camera about her discontent in her marriage although she doesn't go into detail. She seems off.
