I've always used the food and beverage credits at the resort I was staying at. But I believe you can charge to any MGM resort because it's all linked from the players club cards.

Use your players club card religiously. Make sure to use it at the restaurants, or just charge it to the room easier to earn points, you earn points on everything you buy, and if you hold a high enough players card they will give you discounts on stuff like 15% off
