I was just a wee lad when I walked into an age passed block buster and was sucked in by the stunning front cover of humans wearing dragon body armor. Honestly, at the time, with swords and fire, it was all I could be looking for. Brought it home with full intimidation to the 4disc case and never, did the Dragoons disappoint. Pretty sure it took a lil over 5 yrs to beat with no guides but I was young. Truly a blast from the past with this gem and looked for a sequel or remake for well over a decade! We’ve been hearin it for years so hopefully that’s actually in the works, but this will do for now. Happy we’re comrades in the Order of Dragoons and thank you for your content.

Love the story, RPGs were absolute immersive experiences back then, and this one is a joy for sure, fingers crossed for a new one, c'mon Sony!

One of my all time favorite games, I actually just finished a playthrough before news of it comes to ps4 and ps5 came out. I've beaten the game about 8 times now.

This game and Chrono Trigger were the two RPGs that pretty much cemented my love for RPGs. Such a fucking good game, with such a good story its remarkable really. I remember having to load up each new disc as the game progressed, it was FOUR DISCS! Each time I got to a new one it was monumental because the game was actually pretty difficult, took a decent amount of skill to be good at and it was a LONG game. The final boss was the most intense boss battle I've ever experienced in any game ever pretty much and it was like a 25 minute long fight! I died so many damn times getting him down. Then we're greeted by easily one of the most epic cinematics in gaming history. This game absolutely deserves a high quality remake. It's a cult classic and at this point so many people know of how good it was that it would be a hit. And to be honest the combat style was way ahead of its time, WAY more skill required than something like FF7. Anyway. Love this damn game.

I got Chrono,Ff9 and the ps1 mini. Recently. I just had to get the ps4 version but best believe if I come acrossed the original multi disc I'm scooping it up

Thanks for this I played the original when first come out my son just msg me telling me it on sale in store for under a 5pound so I defo go buy it it was a great game andvit was sad it came out some time as ff7 as it was good in its own way so thanks again for the video so many good memories

I dont care what anyone say, Legend of Dragoon was a very well made JRPG. I really hope sony do this game justice and do an the least a remake or a new entire story line after the events of LOD 1.

yeah most of those channels made an update video saying sony fixed the issues. I can confirm myself the issues are all fixed. If you still have audio glitches you have to load the ingame save file and not the save state.

oh no, I hated it when that happened, sometimes, it would mess up in cutscenes and you could swap to another disc real quick because often times the whole game was on all discs, but just the cutscenes were different on each disc, not sure if this was one of them or not. This game has a really epic and long ending, worth seeing!

Sony had closed down Japan Studio. This game is made from Japan Studio. So I think there will not have a remake anymore

But they still own the IP : there are a ton of third party companies out there that are masters of remaking old franchises from scratch

Chrono Trigger is not available on PS4 unfortunately, love that game! This is a longer JRPG around 50 hours if I remember correctly

The rewind feature isn't really a change. They've added that feature to a lot of their older games
