So here's my theory, rolex is son of harlod das and since leo destroyed everything that can be of rolex and killed his father and uncle. And rolex said "baap dada kuch xodke nai gaye" which means because of leo, rolex had lost everything and had to start from scratch which makes leo enemy of rolex
