Hurt Me Soul is just one of those songs where it’s like damn, someone just laid it all out on a track and didn’t hold anything back. It’s really something to behold.

My top 3 is the whole album fam!!! When you see the lyrics bro, shit will blow your mind 100x more, I promise. I've been listening to Lupe since 06, and I'm still discovering shit from songs I've heard 1000 times. I'm here for the Lupe journey my brotha. Blessings and continued success!!!! LUPE FIASCO IS THE GOAT!!!

Check out the Mixtape that goes along with this Album, I think it was "Fahrenheit 1/15" He made mixtapes along side of His Industry Album in the beginning of he career, so it's like he was two different lyricist. He is the GOAT

Tbr lots of artist used to do that. Maybe not to the extent lupe does but it was like 2 or 3 fan bases at a concert. The hole that mixtapes left is very noticeable.

Great reaction! This album is a lot of Lupe fans favourite (including mine), but it’s certainly not his best. It’s a very enjoyable listen and it showed with your reaction. Will wait for your reaction in The Cool! Ps. Section 80 was Kendrick’s debut album my guy

Before you listen to the cool, look up Lupe’s “the cool” characters. It’s so much deeper. The streets, the game, Michael. It will add so much context

As much as Kendrick want to lie and say Lupe didn’t influence him the similarities are there that’s why Lupe said “ you will respect me you will reject me but I’ve done so much no matter how far you go you will reflect me”basically sunning/soning Kendrick saying no matter how far you go in life no matter how much shine you get no matter what you do you’re only reflecting me

Lu does his public martial arts and samurai ish, Kenny has Kungfu Kenny. Even the black panther album cover and drogas wave cover look similar.

his commercial classics are considered Food & Liquor and The Cool. Tetsuo & youth is his cult classic. Revenge Of The Nerds is his classic mixtape (def check it out, its more of lupe's street side).

Sometimes it’s difficult to articulate something so mind blowing in the moment. Especially on the first listen. First listen you just drink it in. In depth thoughts is like a 2nd or 3rd listen through.
