Is Mairsil, the Pretender Worth Revisiting 5 Years Later?

Mairsil, the Pretender is hands down one of the most creative commander options ever designed. The unique ability to store activated abilities over the course of the game and gradually become stronger is still something we haven't really seen since it's release in 2017.
