in my opinion she's in the middle. she doesn't really require much thought/planning on contrary to some killers who need to be extra wary with how they use their skills. (i think like dream witch and clerk for example), but also Mary's skill isn't spammable tbh, and if you miss a bit too many of your mirrors, it will be super hard to bounce back, so she isn't really braindead either.

she requires skill until she doesn't. It's hard to master the mirror, but as soon as you get to a point where you just know from the top of your head how, where and when to mirror, she will give you the illusion of a no skill character. I've started seriously hunter ranking this season after about 3-4 years of survivor, and I picked up bq as one of my mains. When I tell you I was seriously struggling at the start, and I still make a lot of fails, but the more I play her, the more clear it becomes that all those bqs I went against while playing survivor must have worked really hard, or at least definetely spent a few hours a day to practise her, bc I'm also improving day by day. I used to think she was no skill, but my opinion quickly changed as soon as I started maining her while getting to manticore.

hardest hunter imo is 1. mad eyes (hes one of the easiest hunter to kite yet the hardest is so sad... ngl) 2. dream witch 3. sculpt 4. violinist 5. hell ember, hermit (since theyre weak in early)

the easy one is gamekeeper, the rest is middle imo. some of the hunter is kinda easy to play but hard to master like Violeta, axe boy, geisha, ann, naiad, bq, wax, naiad, bonbon(they has a lot of trick tho)

Put them in a list of like. Learning the basic difficulty. Master the character difficulty and lastly is overalls difficulty.

Mary’s mirror requires just the simplicity of timing as well as making sure where to place the mirrors. She doesn’t require much skill just a lot of smart playing. I’ll give Mary mains respect for knowing how to use her mirrors

I feel like she just requires perception, as someone who lacks depth perception, she can be hard, otherwise, just learning distances and you're more or less set (if she didn't wind up for so long when attacking she would be appreciated like Naiad). While I love her, she's kinda mid due to: Delay to attack after casting skill (most hunters have this issue, but she shouldn't have it IMO), Long wind-up attack animation, giving players plenty of time to react to it (making the first problem worse) and having a horrible hitbox, even her mirror has a better hitbox than her. The 3 issues mentioned + high cooldowns = Mid hunter.

At the end of the day, it depends on how brain-dead survivors are, if they're noob, they make you as BQ seems OP in everything you've done during the match perfect and flawless like the deductions scores.

You need practice alot and good game sense to play her, i think that enough to call "skill"

In my opinion she requires practice like any other hunter that players can pick. Personally I don't have that much practice with her and I end up struggling a lot, but it does require a level of skill, her mains for example may make her seem easy to use, but that isn't a fact for everyone. In the end it depends more on the player than anything else.

She is easy to use when using mirror close to a survivor but for far away mirrors its hard.. i think she requires some skill and good eyesight

You can use it to help with the chase or to guard the chair. Warp is literally a flexible trait. You can use it whenever or however you want
