Great info, but sadly in Pakistan experience is given more preference than educational qualifications, due to poor education system based on just theoretical learning and no practical work.

Yes Razi. Situation is Pakistan is what it is. However, the country is evolving and hopefully things will streamline as per international standards in this regard.
