If your pulling for mavuika you need xilonen and other natlan character but neuv doesn't need like those so think once

@@ArunPrashath_xrip You dont, even if Xilo is perfect for her. And for what? Abyss? you can clear them with almost every character and Neuvi and Mavuika are both broken. (I clear every abyss with only 4* characters to prove it, current abyss included)

Neuvillete being the strongest hydro dps is subjective...he is best for flexibility... Mualani is arguably the strongest hydro dps ...but this is subjective too
