I love the design of it has that 80s and 90s aesthetic to it with modern flares. I think it has more life to it than what most modern fast food restaurants look like now. Hopefully one opens nearby here in socal soon. I think what could make or break this is the pricing since everything is expensive rn (looking at you sb) Also needs that one or three items on that menu to will get people going lol. I can see this succeeding if they play their cards right marketing team! I love the name to cos’mcs

The menu is not being kept tightly under wraps. It has been on CosMc's website. Today can't check even that? I would, though, like to see McCafes like I've see in Italy. Maybe if McDonald's created something similar to a Starbucks Reserve Roasters, or at least Starbucks would open one in the Los Angeles area. We need a few of those.

So its a separate fast food restaurant from McDonald's that serve coffee and some other items. My questions here. McDonald's already serve coffee, why can't they just expand their menu in their original restaurant, include those new items??? If they go that route wouldn't they save more money and labor??? Do any of you folks live near a WALMART which still has a McDonald's inside? Also, do you remember the old cafe called RADIO GRILL which many Walmart stores (but only the ones which did NOT have a McDonald's) used to have? Radio Grill was owned and operated by Walmart, but eventually all the Radio Grill cafes were replaced by either McDonald's, Subway, or Dunkin Donuts!

If it is a coffee shop I don't think they will last. Considering Starbucks can be found pretty much everywhere including inside retail stores and grocery stores. The only really I go for McDonald's iced coffee is because a large is only $1 with their coupon. So you get a lot but tbh their coffee kinda sucks.

I bet people won’t go in to eat and people won’t be working drive through cause of the danger to the workers there will be cooks but it will already premade machines that are like microwaves will be a primary way in serving food. Agreed. Starbucks is horrible. Years ago they used to hire baristas who knew something about coffee. It was special that way. Today, they hire anyone off the street, and even seem to prefer “baristas” who know nothing about the craft. If you ask me, Starbucks is already the “McDonald’s” of coffee in so many ways.
