She is just grooming them. It doesn't hurt anything. My dad is a Primatologist as well as a monkey Vet, and I can tell you that they are okay. Besides, it makes them look cute and it gets all the long strays off.

Monkeys have actually been known to ask to wear to clothes when they are introduced to them. People would be wild and dirty and far less intelligent if they were not taught anything and left to be wild. Monkeys may be wild, but they are very smart and too, they like to learn. They are fascinated by humans and what we do. But . . my true point in all of this is that not everyone is poaching mother monkeys and taking their babies and not every baby has been stole from its mother. Many of the moms had Uterine infections and got sick and died, had post-partum and actually did abandon their baby, or they had way too many babies on top of each other and became weak and ill and abandon their babies or they were sick with something else. I don't think that it is fair to judge that every single person who owns a monkey, is an abusive jerk. Some of these people actually rescued these monkeys from very bad situations, so why treat them like slime under a rock. Attacking people isn't right. Sorry but it isn't. The reason is because you are not always right in your assumptions. Attacking my dad was for a fact, you trying to take a steely stab at someone that you don't know. My dad has absolutely nothing to do with anybody who owns a monkey. I have to wonder why you people want to bully anyone who has a monkey. What is truly behind all of that? My statements about my dad were to only make it understood that my dad studies monkeys.
