@@leogad669 you see, depending on how many breathings were shown in the manga and anime is whether how many forms the breathings have, since Kokushibo or rather Tsugikuni Michikatsu only showed 11 out of the 16 forms, it's still the breathing with the least forms in the entire series, is just plain common sense, sun breathing showed 12, moon breathing only showed 11.

Yoriichi’s students, including Michikatsu, couldn’t learn the Sun Breathing so Instead of teaching his Sun breathing technique, he instead, created breath styles that would suit each of his students’ strengths. Over the course of time, his students would develop the breathing styles they learned from Yoriichi, which would then later be called by their own respective breathing styles.

As I’ve said, although Michikatsu developed the moon breathing on his own, he did not make it. Yoriichi taught Michikatsu a certain breath style that would suit his strength which he later developed into Moon. So yes, you are a little correct, it’s just that Michikatsu did not create Moon as whole, but instead, developed it into what would be known as Moon. Yes, he did create other forms or probably made it better, but all in all, it stems directly from Sun.

I disagree strongly. Moon Breathing is superior to Sun Breathing in terms of technique. Sure, Sun Breathing helps kill demons, but put X and Y who have equal power, and X knows Moon Breathing, while Y knows Sun Breathing. X wins because Moon Breathing is literally superior to Sun Breathing in terms of technique. Hence, Moon Breathing is superior to Sun Breathing, not the other way around. Sun Breathing is more effective on demons, but Moon Breathing is superior overall.

​@@JCF245yes but the stop regen part is effective against demons, and while the BDA is indeed something he uses to make most of his forms, in itself the Moon breathing unlike Sun breathing is not a demon killing specialised form. Its a breathing form that tries to reproduce Sun breathing, but tweaked to match the style of Kokushibo whose sole goal was not to kill demons solely but surpass Yoriichi, its more than likely most of his forms using a longer sword and keeping the slayers at bay is not just BDA related (dude could grow swords out of him afterall he shouldnt mind close quarters) but Sun breathing countering related who relies on a rushdown to slay the demon as quickly and efficiently as possible. We wont ever know for sure ofc, but it definitly would make sense that his BDA and style was solely develloped to counter that one style

They would die. Rengoku and Giyu are relatively in the same league, and Akaza defeated both of them individually, it will take a bit of time, but he would donut both of them. Also, they can't kill him by decapitation alone, so the only way is for the Sun to catch him

It's prohibited to fight another slayer in the corps, and if you kill a Slayer, u end up being killed too.

You all need to understand one thing. Sun Breathing was created for the sole purpose of killing demons. Each Form has a way to decapitate a demon. HELL, Yoriichi created the 13th Form on the spot after seeing Muzan's organs, and then he proceeded to cut down Muzan to the point of scaring him for the next 500 years Moon Breathing's goal was relatively the same ae Sun Breathing, up until 6th Form, then, Michikatsu became a demon and refined his Breathing Style for the purpose of killing demon slayers, aka not just decapitation alone, as we can see throughout 7th until 16th form. Sun Breathing is better to use against Demons. Moon Breathing is the better one to use against any other opponent.

I think moon breathing is just stronger only reason why sun breathing is considered strongest is because Yoriichi was the only one who could use it that well we can see with tanjiro he didnt hurt muzan as much as Yoriichi did and with moon breathing its cheating since he used his BDA to fuse his breath style with it it has better range Destructive capabilities and can use it close range and has more forms which means that moon breathing has more options.

This is because not only the rank but of the strengths. Nakime's and Daki's Strength compared to eachother could be predicted.
