Not at all I study using 25 min study 5 min walks and then after 4-5 sessions 30 min walk like this whole day focus is maintained. Too long sitting brings back pain and posture issues.

Sir meri aadat ho gai hai subah running krne ki agr jis din nahi jaati hu to lgta hai din bekar chala gya issliye mai running ko avoid nahi krti mai 5 bje jgti hu aur 8 bje se padhe start krti hu subah...😊 Mujhe yahi sahi lgta hai ...

Almost mujhe 6 to 7 month ho gye morning walk krte hue....it really helps in your studies....30 to 40 minute walk gives you....relief...

Sir Mera ak sawal hay, I am your Old student, 2017 me govt job mila. Still apka videos dekhta rehata hu. And study Kar raha hu (career growth). Mera job shift type hay like rail. Ham sabka koi general routine nahi hay, off day change hota rahata hay 3moths after. To kaise physical fitness rakhe or kaise study k liye motivate rahe.
