@@Junebug879he was falsely advertising his candy brand to kids, not paying out people who won contests, rigging it so employees won the contests, etc etc

@@Junebug879 he has also advertised selling sign t-shirts but you can also clearly see a employee sign FOR Mr beast. So now people who bought a shirt thinking Jimmy himself signed it, have no way to know if Jimmy signed it or if it was signed for him which is fraud, he hosted possibly illegal give aways with these same t shirts where he constantly over several hours says stuff like, "ok in 5 minutes the person who buys a shirt will get a gift with their order. Wait no in the next 30 seconds we will pick someone to give a prize to in their order." He allegedly committed a war crime when he had a former employee stay in a place for a extended period of time like 30 days or more, where they progressively took things away from the contestant like turning lights off and the ability to know the time. This is torture... the only difference is that technically the contestant could leave... though there is concern that he asked to leave earlier than he did (the contestant) and was ignore and or pressured to stay... the ladder is basically a given if you just use simple logic, the question is did he ask to leave earlier than he did and was he ignore.... also there's a employee named Delaware... rumored he is named this because he can't go back to Delaware due to crimes against the person(s) of the age 1-11... I think you can guess what sort of crimes he did. Also the Mr beast team is trying to get this exact person's record expunged... I forgot to mention Delaware is in videos and the cherry on top is that they put him in a mask, allegedly. Which is the most direct example of hiding a predator literally behind a mask/in plain sight. And mind you all of this gets advertised to kids...

The logs in the controversy were from over a year ago Mr. beast covered it up and still employed him till it was inconvenient. It's not that "he didn't do anything" he just didn't think the pendulum would swing on the trans issue so fast since they got away with this stuff constantly.
