I guess they making weapons more strict so it has better synergy with the character its made for and less with the characters that its not for. Perhaps their way of trying to make people constantly buy new weapons and not just rely on their 20 staff of homa in their back pocket.

Homa, ms, wgs, aqua, (catalyst can be widsith) is the only weapon that your dps needed

I think this will be good for klee and yanfei. We have TONS of hydro applicators but if we give this to a pyro catalyst user [klee and yanfei who don't have signatures but can apply pyro] this is a good weapon for them as dps's. Thats why i'm going for it.

TLDR: its good for people who can reliably use it theres just not mamy who currently can very well but it isnt as niche as say baizhu's weapon where its such a specific scenario literaly ONLY the character its made for can use it

I regret pulling for Mualani and her weapon. Now I have a character who is bad outside of Natlan and honestly bad INSIDE Natlan. Shes so clunky to use...

Almost, Neuvi's weapon only give Mualani 16% HP, While Mualani's one gives her 20%, small difference though

my Neuv with proto amber 23,825 dmg, everlasting moonglow lol 24,171 dmg, surfs up 27,816 dmg. I used double hydro and only kazuha swirl

Definitely her C1, unless you want her weapon for Neuvi as well or you also want Kazuha's weapon, her C1 = better exploration wise and huge chunk of dmg on the very first hit, nearly double the dmg of her first shark bite so yeah!

Its crit damage sub stat and bonus hp sure but cant use full ability since its normal attack focused. Nuvi is charge attack. Its obvious they made it in such a way.
