Depends really, they need proof that they slandered to begin with. If the accusations were made a year ago, in person, for example, there's no evidence in which to press charges with, shit will get thrown out the second it's filed. As long as they don't have in writing (email, text, etc.) whoever made that accusation really can't be held accountable

As a guy whos been in Jeremy's shoes i can say without a doubt it was the worst time in my life. Because even when you're proving innocent the label can stick, and during any investigation the worry of what if people just believe the other person, i could lose my job my house and my family all because someone thought it would be funny to lie about a serious thing. Which then makes ot harder to trust people who actually have gone through abuse, so its not just the accused it hurts.

Yay!!! Very rarely do the guys on this show pass these tests!!! I am SO HAPPY to see a happy ending & beginning for this! Some people might be upset that the woman didn’t believe him but when it comes to her children (any ones children) it’s better to be safe than sorry! & like he said, “I don’t blame her”. In fact, shed be WRONG if she DIDN’T believe it & just put her child’s safety in jeopardy just to stand by her man like so many do. She didn’t do a single thing wrong & I am SO GLAD that this good man is ACTUALLY a good man & I think he agrees with the fact that she cares about their child enough to not let ANY harm come to her, at the hands of anybody, including family! I don’t think he’s upset with her at all & understands completely & I think they can move forward from this & live happily. It is SOOOO RARE to see a happy & healthy relationship & I hate that someone was trying to tear this one apart, clearly out of jealousy. I also have a great man & it is literally like finding THE most rare diamond on earth! It is SUCH a rare thing to come by & every single day I thank my lucky stars & just wonder what exactly I did to deserve the amazing beautiful loving caring sweet man I’ve got!!
