Is my pregnancy test accurate faint line at 7DPO

✅ You've taken a pregnancy test at 7 days past ovulation and you got a faint line. Now you are wondering if your pregnancy test result is positive or false?

Hi please help me with this! I got positive line last month and got period after 2 days Now I was in contact for 5 days in my fertile window from day 8 to day 15 where my cycle is 25 days And on day 17 I got spottings while urinating for just 2 times then it stopped Please let me know the reason
