About T1s connectivity issues... IT-Guy from Germany here: it's very likely, that the lags and dcs are simply internet service provider oder Infrastucture issues. Nothing you could do anything about. German IT infrastructure is pretty old an fuked up. Very few people have fibre connection, since you usually have to pay all the neccesary roadwork out of your own pocket. with the current infrastructure in some smaller villages you barely get download speeds of 10mb/s, even though not beeing that remote. The government is run by some old ass people who barely know how to handle their smartphone and dont want to know anything about the "internetz" and internet service providers come up with shit like vectoring to fake bandwidth instead of investing in proper fiber infrastructure. Overall the entire thing is fucked and i kind of just wanted to get rid of my frustration about that. Have a nice day :)
