Wow brother I know they are shady I pre ordered a Universal Monsters Dracula 🧛 & the clear display stand was broken out of box I emailed them after time I got a response & the said you need to more careful with your purchase & take it back where you purchased it from. That doesn't surprise me. A few years ago, they had hella qc issues with a bunch of pred figures. Neca's public response "these are not toys & are not meant to be taken out of the package". Even though the packaging said action figures etc lol. Neca never owns up to their fk ups.

I get how this would upset people I collect the horror ones and if there’s any quality issues I just ignore it If say an alien has a loose head or a broken neck I don’t try to complain I just sculpt over the broken parts and make them remains or trophy heads and stuff like that for dioramas and stuff This situation won’t stop me from buying them as they are truly beautiful pieces I haven’t ever bought from neca directly, I always buy from big bad toy store or get lucky at target So this doesn’t really effect me specifically but it probably effects yall so idk

This was a really stupid move by neca. I stopped ordering from them years ago. I’d rather pay a small markup from a scalpler and get my shit quick then let them hold my money for 6+ months like they have before. They still owe me a replacement slash leather head too bc they sent me one that’s was beyond broken and was obvious without even opening. If I was one of the lucky people who got too I would let neca charge me for the 2nd then sue themz.
